We are excited to announce the opening of the Tennessee Tenth Amendment Center web site. Our goal is that this site will become the hub of the Tenth Amendment movement here in Tennessee. This is an exciting time in Tennessee history as our state is leading the way in the Tenth Amendment movement nationwide with the passage of the Tennessee Sovereignty Resolution and the Tennessee Firearms Freedom Act. Tennessee is further leading the national movement with Rep. Susan Lynn and the Tennessee legislature’s call to the legislatures of our sister states to join together in fighting the unconstitutional abuses of our Federal government.
This is a great time to be a Tennessean, and we hope you will join us in the fight to preserve Tennessee’s sovereignty as guaranteed in the Tenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
