It’s time that Bill Haslam returned all of the federal money that he took to set up the Obamacare exchanges to put a final end to the project. Nancy Pelosi famously said, “We have to pass the (health care law) so that you can find out what is in it.”
Now that ObamaCare is law, the mysteries contained within it are slowly coming to light.
In order to institute the infamous “individual mandate,” ObamaCare bribes each state to set up what is known as a Health Insurance Exchange.
As the law was written, without a state-created exchange, the individual mandate cannot be enforced.
Governor Bill Haslam recently did the right thing by telling HHS that Tennessee would not build an exchange.
But our state had already accepted over $9 million from HHS in bribe money to set up the exchange, and most of it has not been returned!
Merely accepting and spending federal funds requires absolute obedience to federal government regulations and the loss of state sovereignty.
The federal government does not dole money out to the states without strings attached. If our state does not return the grant funds, they will be expected to conform to the law.
The ObamaCare grant money was being used to create the infrastructure for a state exchange, and even though the governor now says we will not comply, that infrastructure still exists.
Unless our state returns the grant funds, we cannot trust that this issue is settled.

There are over 3 billion reasons why some states are establishing these exchanges — and each reason has a dollar sign attached.
Billions of your taxpayer dollars are being wasted, and you are footing the bill while they steal your freedoms. Those billions will never be returned to our treasury — unless you and I do something to force the issue now.
Tell your legislators you expect them to protect our rights and jealously guard our state sovereignty by returning the ObamaCare exchange grant funds.
